Upper Arms: Biceps, Triceps & the Forgotten Middle Ground
Arms do an enormous amount of work and often receive surprisingly little massage attention.
Biceps brachii, brachialis, coracobrachialis and triceps help coordinate the shoulder and elbow through lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
For massage therapists, climbers, lifters, musicians and people performing repetitive work, these tissues can accumulate considerable fatigue.
I generally connect arm work to both the shoulder and forearm rather than treating it as an isolated section.
That continuity matters.
Your body doesn’t know that an anatomy textbook changed chapters.
